Using Revera

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Revera iOS app (“Revera” or the “app”), developed by Kirlos Yousef. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using the app

Revera provides audio recording, transcription, translation, summaries, transcript questions, keywords, action items, search, and sharing features. Features may change, require an internet connection, depend on third-party services, or be limited by your device, subscription, language, and network conditions.

You may use the app for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

Recordings and consent

You are responsible for deciding what to record and for complying with the laws that apply where you and the people being recorded are located. Before recording, obtain any notice, permission, or consent required by law. Do not use Revera to record unlawfully or to infringe another person’s privacy or other rights.

Your content and AI results

You retain the rights you have in audio, text, and other material you provide. You give Revera permission to process that material as needed to operate features you choose, including sending relevant audio or transcript text to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy.

Transcripts, summaries, translations, speaker labels, keywords, and other AI-generated results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important details and do not rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking and deciding how to use or share the output.

Subscriptions and payments

Revera is free to download and may offer paid features through in-app purchases. Any price, subscription duration, trial, renewal, and billing terms are shown in the app or App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. Apple processes App Store purchases and controls applicable refunds. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s instructions before the current period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.

Intellectual property

Revera, including its software, branding, and original design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules. They do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Revera useful and available, but do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the app develops, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revera is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot be excluded under that law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending use of the app

You may stop using Revera at any time and remove it from your device. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the app or comply with law. Removing the app may delete locally stored recordings and transcripts; subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Revera changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another process.
